Schedule a Parent/Teacher Meeting

We aim to hold parent teacher meetings on the dates specified for each teacher below. Click the relevant link (teacher's name) to book a timeslot. Booking links will appear and go live on the afternoon of Monday November 22nd. There are two meeting format options, over the phone or face to face. Given the rise in Covid-19 numbers we would encourage parents to avail of the phone option thus minimising the flow of people through the school building. There are many reasons for this i.e. safety, confidentiality (given windows will be open throughout) etc.

If you choose a phone option the class teacher in question will call your mobile at that time. If your preference is face to face please read the guidelines below to familiarise yourself with the protocol which will guide that format.

Tip: Please take a note of your booking on paper as you will not get a confirmation/reminder email. Also please do not make multiple bookings for the same child as this will cause render our booking system defunct.
