School Excellence Fund
The boys and girls of 4th, 5th and 6th class are extremely busy working in partnership with Coláiste Mhuire, Johnstown. Both schools are working in collaboration to give the children solid foundations in coding and computational thinking as they journey through primary school and get ready for the challenge secondary school presents. These are subjects that Coláiste Mhuire proudly offer children who attend their school. Shown below are some of the activities we engage with. They include work on the Microsoft Microbit Microcontroller, Beebots and Redfearn Electronics Microcontroller. Come back soon to see the projects we develop. On May 23rd we will be presenting in the Science Blast at Mary Immaculate College Limerick where the children will develop code to send Morse Code signals via light and sound.
